Are all of the products BCA compliant ?
YES! Carpark Safety Solutions ensures all of our products are BCA compliant. Including both manual fold down bollards and even remote control parking bollards. This makes it easier to get approved by your strata manager or owners corporation. If they have any questions they can always reach out to Us.
All Carpark Safety Solutions products come with a 12 month warranty. If the moving parts, motor or locking mechanism proves faulty, we will replace your bollard free of charge. (excluding batteries).
Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error eg. accidentally ordered the wrong size, items that don’t fit.
We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
✔ Return within 30 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase
✔ Item must be in original condition or a refurbishing fee may be charged
